Classified Ad Refund Policy
|
|
|
SportBikeClassifieds.com, owned and operated by Riding Arts, LLC, offers great value to
Sellers of motorcycles, atvs, motorcycle parts, accessories, gear, and motorcycle-related
equipment, through favorable listing fees & extensive paid advertising improve the
chances of a buyer noticing your classified ad. Riding Arts, LLC, therefore cannot
generally offer refunds on listing fees.

Riding Arts, LLC adheres to the following policy with respect to requests for refunds
of listing fees:
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
1. Choosing to place and pay for an ad on SportbikeClassifieds.com is a good
faith gesture between yourself, as Seller, and Riding Arts, LLC, as owner/operator
of this classifieds website. Riding Arts, LLC will not provide any refund, for
any reason, if Riding Arts, LLC receives the request for refund more than 72 hours
after a Classified Ad has been placed. If you contact us after 72 hours, we will
correct any mistakes we have made in the Classified Ad listing, but cannot offer a
refund. If you need assistance with mis-categorization, etc. please e-mail
us or call us between 10AM and 6PM EST at 678-777-1907, and we will be glad to
assist you.

2. If you call within 72 hours of ordering an Classified Ad, Riding Arts, LLC will
provide a refund only for the following reasons:
|
|
(i) Your Classified Ad listing has not been posted and you wish to cancel the Listing; or
|
|
(ii) You mistakenly ordered and paid for duplicate Classified Ad Listings through
SportBikeClassifieds.com and seek to cancel, and obtain a refund on, the duplicate(s)
only. We cannot, however, provide a refund on the original Classified Ad Listing.
Please be aware that in the case a refund is issued, it can take several days to several
weeks or more to appear on your bank or credit card statement, etc. depending upon the
form of payment used.

3. Riding Arts, LLC. Cannot provide a refund for any other reason, even if you call
within 72 hours of ordering a Classified Ad. For example, we cannot provide a refund
if you change your mind about the Classified Ad Listing, or its content or enhancements,
or if you have made mistakes in submitting the Classified Ad Listing, or if you have
not received any inquiries or offers to purchase the motorcycle, atv or other item
through SportBikeClassifieds.com, or if the vehicle or item has already been sold through
other means.

4. If you made mistakes in submitting a Classified Ad Listing directly through SportBikesClassifieds.com,
we will make corrections to the Classified Ad Listing. There will be no charge for these corrections,
unless you wish to order additional enhancements or upgrade your ad, in which cases there may be an
additional charge. If you wish to change to a less expensive Classified Ad Listing, however, Riding Arts, LLC
cannot provide any refund. Please note, however, that if your Classified Ad Listing on SportBikeClassifieds.com
was purchased through some other listing service (such as a local newspaper or other publication), we do
not have the authority to make any changes to your Classified Ad Listing.
